Bathroom Work 5 Sam has been fantastic! We are so pleased to have found him on here! We needed some urgent remedial work done in our bathroom before a shower could be fitted, and Sam has done an excellent job, going above and beyond to sort the problems, and finishing the work on time despite his colleague being ill for a couple of days. He was punctual, friendly, helpful, hardworking, efficient, cheerful, easy to deal with and very professional. He listened carefully to what was needed, went through the different options and gave excellent advice. We wouldn't hesitate to ask him again, and would highly recommend him. Thank you, Sam!

Downstairs loo overhaul 5 Sam transformed our awful downstairs loo which we'd been meaning to revamp for years. He had some fantastic ideas to maximize space, was very receptive to my bold style ideas and worked really hard to deliver exactly what we wanted. He also did some remedial work on our en suite and main family bathroom. Sam was really straightforward to deal with and was accurate with his timescales and costings. We would definitely work with Sam in the future.

Understairs storage 5 We asked sam to give us a quote for Understairs storage but when he visited we added reboarding bathroom floor and laying new Lino as we had a leak, redecorating hall stairs and landing plus repainting kitchen ceiling because of the leak we had in the bathroom, he took it all in his stride and advised us of options, always telling us of ways to save money. He is punctual, polite and sings while he works! The work has been completed today and we are absolutely delighted with what he has done, we highly recommend him and will ask him to help with any further jobs we have. It is invaluable having a genuine builder when you need work done, don’t hesitate to contact him.

Mustard Builders 5 I had been struggling with another builder's continuous disappearances for several months. Then I was recommended to Sam and everything changed. He arrived when he said he would and was excellent at communication. So professional and knowledgeable, I felt he went above and beyond. He gave excellent advice and the finished work exceeded my expectations. I now have beautiful cupboards and shelves in my living room that he built from scratch. Sam (also Milan who works with him) finished the room the previous builder had started (in reality he did most of it, laying a new floor, painting and carrying out remedial works as needed). I am so pleased and am really hoping Mustard Builders will do some more work for me in the future. Thank you.

Excellent building company 5 Sam has done a great job repairing and redecorating water damage caused by a leaking pipe and re rendering blown render on outside wall. From quotation to the finished product I have been impressed with the advice, professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail that has been bought to the job. I am very happy with the outcome, having taken Sam's advice on boxing in pipes and decorating options the end product is better than it was before the leak occurred. Sam also went above what was originally requested changing bulbs I couldn't reach and fixing the side gate. I would highly recommend Mustard Builders.

Mustard Builders 5 Sam has done a number of jobs for us over the past 5 years, more recently our small loft bathroom. He is totally reliable and always ready to give advice. Sam is our ‘go to’ builder and has undertaken various tasks at both our son and daughter’s properties. His prices are competitive and the jobs are always completed to a high standard. 5 We have used sam for various jobs over the last 6 years . He completely refurbished our kitchen and bathroom which we was over the moon with ,more recently he built a nice storage area in our alcove , which looks fab ! He has even built a lovely catio in our back garden for our indoor cats . Sam is very creatively talented , trustworthy , great communication , will also give you tips and ideas and just generally a decent guy ! Would highly recommend.

5 Highly recommend Sam, as he covers most jobs, building, electrics, plumbing, tiling, decorating and many more. Perfect as I hate the idea of dealing and coordinating with separate tradesmen for projects. We've used Sam for 2 projects in our house, one being a total refurbishment of our bathroom and the other a total refurbishment of the living room. Now what can I say about Sam, he knows what he is doing and is a perfectionist, he loves good coffee, eats chocolate for breakfast, radio goes on as soon as he arrives early morning (thankfully I have the same taste in music), great singing voice, he politely will listen to your opinion and gives great suggestions and recommendations. For a short period Sam feels like part of the family and it's kind of weird once he has finished the job and not around. He is happy to even swing by to fix little things too. He also fitted our stain glassed window above the front door which his lovely mother Debbie Dean created for us.
