Flat roof clearing & repair 5 We had a leak from our skylight window in our flat roof. Julian came out to us very quickly and took the time to explain what the issue was and what needed doing. We had a sedum roof that needed clearing before Julian & his son could complete the work. His team worked non stop for 3 hours solid in the torrential rain to clear our sedum roof. Unfortunately due to heavy rain they had to come back when roof was completely dry to reseal it but Julians communication throughout was fantastic. Extremely honest, reliable, tidy & professional. Top guys & did a great job & organised everything from the scaffolding to the skip hire and removal. Top guys 👍😊 highly recommend to family & friends.

Changing and repairing internal door locks 5 Julian was great at communicating with me when I needed some work to get some door locks working at home. He was efficient, professional and the cost was very reasonable. Good job done. I would thoroughly recommend him if you need a reliable tradespeople.

5 Julian did some work on our front porch, replacing one of the doors and draft proofing them, and leading the roof. He and his son worked efficiently and the final product was neat and well finished. Julian was very informative when we told him about the problems we were having with the porch roof, and honest about what he felt needed prioritising. He’s a good communicator and was reliable with time keeping. Both Julian and his son were friendly and professional. Would recommend using their services!

House Maintenance 5 Julian and Brad efficiently completed 5 house maintenance requirements, at my residence. 1. Roof tile and Ridge tile replacements (the scaffolding tower was up and down the same day) 2. Cutting back Ivy that was taking over the house 3. Creosote (2 coats) front and back of a frame that was installed for home security 4. Painted sealant on the roof of extension 5. Restored front of house steps (Jet wash, white paint and re-sand). Fire Door 5 I have used Julian for many jobs over the years and he always does a fantastic job. He recently fitted a new fire door to my flat and, as usual, his work was of high quality, he disposed of the old door and all debris. Would definitely use his services again. CHECK A TRADE REVIEW
