Dr Roshni Beeharry, an Enfield born poet, writer, medical lecturer, former hospital Consultant doctor and Writing for Wellbeing facilitator, introduces the concepts of writing for wellbeing (also known as therapeutic writing) using themed prompts to allow exploration and reflection on thoughts and experiences through writing and shared discussion. No specialist experience needed, just bring a spirit of curiosity, a pen and a notebook!
