Hello!

I am a personal trainer with 8 years’ experience in the fitness industry, ranging from nutritional advice, fitness coaching, strength conditioning and weight loss.

I also have experience in working alongside sports team as from an early age I played rugby then went on to coach my university team, whilst completing my Sports Science degree.

I specialise in weight loss, body toning, general fitness, pad work and I am also qualified as a GP Referral Specialist helping people with certain illnesses use exercise to help rehabilitate themselves or as a prevention method. I have worked with many different clients over the years, and have a real passion for helping people of all ages.

I am very approachable and will help you to feel at ease during your sessions, whilst making them fun and safe in an effective way.

Whether you are looking for one to one sessions, group sessions, a home workout plan, outdoor training or have been advised by your doctor to take up exercise, I can help you to transform your exercise routine to reach your maximum potential in an enjoyable and friendly way. I offer training in a gym or in the comfort of your own house.

An amazing woman! 5Star review A massive thank you to an amazing personal trainer who has been helping my wife and I for a couple of months now. This woman is AMAZING! Since my wife's car crash she has been battling to walk unaided, often hopeless and always in pain. The GP wrote her off saying there was nothing could be done but this wonderful woman is training both our bodies to be stronger, all whilst never pushing too hard to cause pain but listening, challenging and supporting us in every way. I can't stress enough what Stephanie Lambie is doing to help us both physically and mentally. She is a godsend. Thank you Stephanie. I would highly recommend her !👌👌👌👌👌

Health and Fitness 5Star review When I saw my GP at the end of June he told me my blood sugar levels were such that if I stayed at that level I would be considered as having Type 2 diabetes. I have altered my diet and since mid August have been a client of Stephanie who I see once a week and who gives me various cardio exercises and muscle strengthening exercises to do. I have just repeated the HbA1c test which has reduced to 40, well below the threshold for diabetes. I would like to thank Stephanie for the major part she has played in improving my health and fitness. Yes it’s hard work but it’s worth it.

Half Marathon 5Star review I had to get half-marathon ready in 8 weeks & asked Hazelwood Sports Club PT Steph to help me out. What a stroke of genius that was! Steph created a manageable, varied running programme for me which also included a few leg & core strengthening sessions with her. However much I tried to distract her in these tough sessions with mindless chit-chat, Steph would not lose count of my rep numbers or of the seconds remaining on my wall squats! She literally put me through my paces! Her advice about vitamins, nutrition and race day preparation was crucial for me as a complete novice (and vegan). I followed her advice to the letter, especially when it came to my pre-run breakfast and hydrating before & during the race. Her suggestions were perfect. She also gave me fabulous feedback on my weekly long runs which really boosted my confidence. Throughout the eight weeks of training Steph was ever-present by text or in person at the gym if I needed her. I knew she was busy with her other clients - one of whom was also running in the same race as me - but the one-to-one attention that Steph gave me made me feel like I was her only one! Thanks, Steph. I couldn't have started or finished my running journey without you. Nadia Banton

Amazing PT 5Star review I have now been seeing Stephanie for about 8 weeks, and couldn't recommend her highly enough as a PT. I see her once a week, and have lost nearly a stone, I'm much fitter, and she keeps me motived! I've now signed up to complete a half marathon in October. I love my sessions with Steph, she is great at pushing you - I'm doing things I never thought I'd have the strength to do, and every week is different. I honestly can't thank her enough.

5Star review I started seeing Stéphanie about a year ago for personal training sessions and have really felt the benefit. My general fitness has definitely improved as well as my muscle tone! Sessions with Stéphanie are enjoyable and she is great at keeping you motivated. I don't have a fixed working week but Stéphanie has always been extremely flexible when it comes to arranging sessions. I can highly recommend Stéphanie as an experienced and reliable Personal Trainer.

5Star review Would highly recommend Steph. I have been seeing her twice a week and can feel my fitness getting better with every session. It is also great that I can train from home so I don't have to organise childcare for my 7 month old!!
