My computer data recovery. 5 I have been a customer of Computech for a long time and have received the best support and service from Brian. Recently my computer stopped working, I contacted Brian and explained what had happened with having contract for remote support with Brian he was able to report back to me with an update. He was able to collect my hard drive and take it away and recovered all the data and loaded on to a new hard drive and reliably get it back to me within a day with updated software and security software updated. I would definitely recommend Computech without any hesitation excellent service and remote support.and reasonable fees charged for his services. I

Repair to computer tower 5 We have used Brian’s computer services for about 7 years and we have always received excellent service, whether it is an update or a repair. We had a small part burn out and after leaving a message with Brian he arranged an appointment bringing the part with him, PC now up and running.

DATA RECOVERY 5 I managed to spill water over my laptop, but unfortunately despite Brian’s best efforts it could not be saved. A couple of weeks later I realised that I had lost one of my Crypto Accounts, which was stored a Web Browser as a Metamask extension. Thankfully, Brian came to the rescue, and managed to not only retrieve all my files and folders from the hard drive which had to be removed from the dead laptop, but he also managed to recover all my browser settings allowing me to gain access to my Crypto Wallet and my Crypto coins. Brian is a true professional. He came to my flat to pick up and return the laptop on each occasion. Thanks very much. Peter.

Long Term Computer Support 5 Brian supplied and supported all my computer needs when I set up my hairdressing salon 14 years ago, but due to family commitments I have now closed the salon. However, I have retained Brian's services in support of my personal home computer needs, which he also helped setup for me. I am particularly impressed with his Remote Support Service, that allows him to access my computer without the need to arrange a visit. As a result I would have no hesitation in recommending Brian's computer support services, and certainly his remote support feature that is completely trustworthy.

OS upgrade... 5 After trying on and off for a year to upgrade my OS, I finally decided it was time for me to get a professional help. After some enquiries I went with Brian. He was able to come out to my home, we discussed what I needed doing and he took the PC away with him. This was a boon as I don't drive and my tower isn't exactly small. The next day I got an update and the day after that he returned it with the necessary upgrade. I couldn't have asked for more. He was polite and friendly, and respectful of my property. He turned up when he said he would. If I have any further issues I'm not likely to hesitate to reach out to him again.

Broken laptop screen 5 A professional, friendly and transparent service. My laptop screen went black after a fall. Brian ran a few tests and identified that the screen needed replacing and that the motherboard was intact. The repair was swiftly done at a fair price. Recommended!

Computech 2000 5 I highly recommend Brian King's Computech 2000 Support Service. He has helped me out of difficulties many times, and gives me a greater sense of security online by updating my computer system as required. It is reassuring to know that he will always reply and take action as soon as possible, and even let me know if he happens to be away. I find Brian takes time to explain the answer to queries by email or on the phone. As an older user of the internet I fiind this service very good value.

Quick and Speedy Fix 5 As a small business owner my PC being out of action for any length of time fills me with dread. Luckily Brian at Computech 2000 was on hand when my hard drive had massive issues. My pc was stripped and rebuilt the next day and installed. I am extremely happy to recommend Brian. Computer repair at Brian King's Computech company 5 Brian's just excellent at what he does regards all things computers. I've had his back-up computer service and on-line assistance remote help now for several years, he's prompt, efficient, it's a proper professional set-up. I phoned him regards a problem - recent issue was I thought a failed on/off switch, and a weekend without a computer these days is like a lifetime, but he conveniently arranged an easy and early visit with me to his workshop and found right away that the switch was actually fine, but the power pack was the issue. He set about repairing/replacing while I was there and as I live near Cambridge it was really helpful and time saving that he could resolve the issue while I waited and save me any additional travel time. Rating on this site goes up to Five, but really I think it's deserving of 10 stars!

Computer Support 5 I have been signed up to Brian's Remote IT Support System for several years, and can call on him at anytime to sort out any problems that occur. Last year he upgraded my laptop to Windows 10, and today he remoted connected with my laptop and spent quite some time helping me clear my overbloated email system. It's great to have access to someone who can assist without having to book an appointment, and all for one annual fee with no hidden costs.

PC problems solved: a delighted customer 5 I was having problems with malware (unwanted advertisements popping up at the click of a mouse) so I called in Brian King of Computech 2000 Computer Services. Brian came at short notice to remove the malware and PUPs (potentially unwanted programs) from my computer, and supplied software to help me keep my PC functioning as it should, as the existing software I had was no longer serving its purpose.
